I just found this reading through the Amazon Web Services license:
EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AMAZON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF ANY COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
(emphasis mine).
Comments:
I could be wrong, but I think that's a specific legal concept.

A legal easter egg? Or a copy-and-paste error?
Looking at the thing Chris quoted, it sounds like when you rent a place the landlord is supposed to leave you in peace if you aren't causing problems.
I can imagine the analog here -- if you are paying the fees, using the service in a reasonable way, Amazon shouldn't go making trouble for you. But it seems really weird.
